As our products are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, size issues, or personal preferences.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the issue. After verification, we will provide a suitable resolution.
Incorrect Product
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
Cancellations
